About the Award-Winning Packaging Design: This package was created as a branding project for a floral artist. All of the brand's tools were created in a uniform gray color, which shows the true colors of the flowers. The packaging is designed in a simple achromatic color so as not to detract from the quality of the client artist's work. The symbol is based on the typography of a Japanese character meaning "flower", and all brand tools are created around this symbol. By using this "kanji" symbol, the client communicated to consumers its position as a Japanese floral artist.
This palette has a calming feel, evoking peaceful balance.

He was born in 1987 in Sapporo, Japan, and studied a wide range of art disciplines at university, including fine art, crafts, video, and digital content, with a focus on media design. During his studies, he won the grand prix of the docomo Creators Cup two years in a row. Currently, he is a director of arica design inc. He uses his experience in a wide range of fields to work on branding and art direction for stores, inns, and companies. He has won national and international awards not only in graphic design, but also in the fields of illustration, video, advertising, and package design.
